As a UI UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products and solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in design thinking, creativity, and problem-solving to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design User Experiences: Develop high-fidelity designs and prototypes that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Develop Design Systems: Create and maintain design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency across projects.
  • User Research and Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather insights to refine and improve designs.
  • Design Handoff: Work with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate implementation of designs.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in UI UX or product design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
  • Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and clients.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and impact on real-world projects.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles.
  • Experience designing dashboards, data visualizations, or enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with the unique design considerations and constraints of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a bonus.
