Job Description

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to join our dynamic organization. As the primary voice of our global family, you will be responsible for nurturing engaging conversations across multiple social platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for slow fashion, motherhood, or kids' lifestyle communities. Previous experience in social media engagement, community building, or customer interaction is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu).
  • Post regular content and maintain active groups and communities on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Engage daily with followers by responding to messages, comments, and sharing meaningful interactions.
  • Monitor conversations, sentiment, and feedback to inform future campaigns.
  • Support email communications by gathering FAQs and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align tone and campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media engagement, community building, or customer interaction.
  • Excellent written communication and an empathetic voice.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple conversations daily.
  • A passion for slow fashion, motherhood, or kids' lifestyle communities.
  • Experience working with premium or luxury brands is an advantage.
