We are seeking a pool of skilled Learning & Development (L&D) specialists to support our digital learning programs. These independent consultants and boutique firms will work remotely, collaborating across time zones and languages.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years L&D experience in enterprise, consulting, or boutique firm settings
- Strong portfolio with case studies for Instructional Designers, Project Managers, eLearning Developers, HTML5 Learning Developers, Learning Technologists, Simulation Designers, Serious Games Designers, Data Analysts, Accessibility Specialists, Event Operations Specialists, Webinar Producers, and Cultural SMEs
Skills and Qualifications:
- Instructional Designers: Course design, accessibility, and localization expertise
- Project Managers: Multi-workstream planning, stakeholder communication, budgets, and risk management
- eLearning Developers: Articulate Storyline, SCORM/xAPI, templates, and interactions
- HTML5 Learning Developers: Responsive UI, JavaScript/CSS, LMS compatibility, and WCAG 2.1
- Learning Technologists: Augmented reality, virtual reality, serious games, and hybrid classrooms
- Simulation Designers and Delivery Experts: Scenario creation, facilitation, ModuloPi, Laerdal SimCapture, CAE LearningSpace
- Serious Games Designers and Developers: Blend pedagogy and game mechanics for meaningful learning experiences
- Data Analysts: Power BI, Tableau, Excel/SQL, SurveyMonkey, NVivo, feedback, and evaluation frameworks
- Accessibility Specialists: WCAG 2.1, ISO/IEC, content, navigation, multimedia checks
- Event Operations Specialists and Webinar Producers: Global training logistics, run-of-show, platform setup, speaker operations, and engagement
- Cultural SMEs: Inclusive content, imagery, and delivery standards for diverse audiences
