Job Title: Senior In-House Counsel

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in non-litigation law is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support business decisions and develop recommendations.
  • Develop, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and other contractual documents.
  • Manage a database of legal agreements and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to draft and review HR-related documents and provide administrative support.
  • Perform paralegal tasks as needed, such as document preparation and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Law or Juris Doctor.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
