Job Description:

The role of a Technical Operations Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our technological infrastructure.

This includes overseeing servers (Linux, Windows, cloud, and on-premise), administering environments in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring security systems, backups, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and monitor servers (Linux, Windows, cloud, and on-premise) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Administer environments in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, focusing on scalability and high availability.
  • Implement, maintain, and monitor security systems, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Automate administrative tasks (scripts, CI/CD, pipelines).
  • Monitor networks, firewalls, VPNs, and traffic to ensure connectivity and security.
  • Conduct periodic audits on performance, security, and compliance (including PCI DSS).
  • Integrate and maintain monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix).
  • Collaborate with development, support, and security teams to optimize operations.
  • Manage access, permissions, and authentication policies (IAM, MFA, Zero Trust).
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support in critical incidents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a SysAdmin or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) and Windows Server.
  • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid knowledge of networks, protocols, VPN, DNS, Load Balancers.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix).
  • Experience in automation scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform).
  • Knowledge of system security and compliance.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
