Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive our expansion in the flame retardant chemicals market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive BD strategy, identifying potential customers across multiple industries, building strong relationships with OEMs, compounders, and distributors, and collaborating with internal technical teams to position our products effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales or business development, strong technical understanding, market mapping, and customer engagement skills, as well as a willingness to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute BD strategy for Speciality Flame retardant chemicals and ingredients used for Masterbatch manufacturing.
  • Identify potential customers across the plastics, textiles, construction, and electronics industries.
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, compounders, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to product positioning.
  • Drive sales growth, pricing strategy, and product positioning.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
  • Ensure smooth coordination from sampling to order finalization and after-sales support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales or business development of Flame retardant chemicals.
  • Strong technical understanding, market mapping, and customer engagement skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
