About the Role:

This leadership position is responsible for guiding research teams to achieve project objectives, developing and refining project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client deliverables in collaboration with senior management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project results
  • Develop strategic plans and manage project execution to meet deadlines
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of project deliverables through regular monitoring and feedback
  • Presentation of project findings to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting within the chemical industry
  • Proven track record of developing, managing, and presenting project results to senior management
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multinational team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good oral and written English language skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving staff performance, ensuring timely completion of studies and reports, and delivering high-quality project results.
