Job Description

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day coordination with partner teams to ensure smooth credit operations.

The role involves monitoring portfolio performance, identifying areas of improvement and supporting efforts to maintain high-quality portfolios.

Additionally, the incumbent will assist in collection follow-ups on overdue cases, collaborating closely with partner teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Another critical aspect of this role is preparing and maintaining basic MIS/data for review, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Our ideal candidate will also have the opportunity to visit partner offices periodically to strengthen relationships and ensure process alignment, fostering a culture of cooperation and mutual understanding.

Finally, the successful candidate will support cross-functional teams in partner-related activities as required, contributing to the success of key initiatives and projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sector with exposure to credit/partner management, with a proven track record of success.

Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse groups.

Good understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and MIS, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MIS), with expertise in using these tools to support business objectives.
