Job Title: Customer Retention Specialist
Overview of Key ResponsibilitiesWe seek a skilled data analyst to tackle one of our most pressing challenges: user churn and reactivation.
Main Responsibilities- Identify At-Risk Users: Collaborate with the data team to leverage predictive models and analysis to pinpoint listeners showing signs of disengagement or a high risk of cancellation.
- Understand Root Causes: Directly engage with at-risk users through surveys and interviews to uncover the root causes of dissatisfaction, forming powerful hypotheses for your campaigns.
- Develop Save Campaigns: Design and execute proactive, multi-channel campaigns triggered by at-risk behavior, aiming to re-engage users before they cancel their subscription.
- Reactivation Strategy: Architect and manage end-to-end strategies for bringing back cancelled subscribers, including segmenting users based on past listening behavior and time since cancellation.
- 4-7 years of focused experience in churn management, user reactivation, or save strategies, ideally within a B2C subscription or mobile app business.
- Innovative Problem-Solver: Think creatively, challenge assumptions, and build industry-leading churn-mitigation strategies.
- Campaign Execution: Experience building, launching, and optimizing campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in SQL for independent analysis and experienced with product analytics tools.
- Experimentation Mindset: Design and interpret A/B tests to get clear, actionable answers.
