Job Description:

The Genesys Cloud Contact Center platform requires an experienced engineer to design, implement and maintain its operations. This individual will be responsible for establishing standards and blueprints with suppliers, ensuring new functionality aligns with these standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Operations and maintenance
  • Supplier management
  • Integrations and governance
  • Stakeholder engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants should possess 3-5 years of experience working with Genesys Cloud contact center solutions, as well as a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

  • Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions is essential.
