Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring strategic targeting and continuous optimization for maximum ROI.
  • Budget Optimization: Manage budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and revenue through data-driven insights.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze deep-funnel metrics, such as payer conversion, ARPU, and LTV, to inform strategy adjustments and drive business growth.
  • Creative Testing: Run sophisticated creative testing and iterate on high-performing ad types to optimize campaign performance.
  • Attribution Modeling: Build robust attribution models using advanced tools to accurately measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to develop monetization strategies, funnel optimization, and LTV-boosting features.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on spend, performance, forecast accuracy, and opportunities to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of User Acquisition experience in casual mobile games or performance marketing with a strong ROAS mandate.
  • Deep expertise with Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, and rewarded video networks.
  • Track record of scaling UA with positive unit economics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, cohort models, CAC/LTV analysis, and predictive ROAS models.
  • Familiarity with attribution platforms and key metrics, such as ARPU and ARPDAU.
  • Experience running campaigns on both Android and iOS, with comfort working within SKAN and IDFA constraints.
