Job Description

As a seasoned Meta Ads professional, you will spearhead the strategy, execution, and scaling of ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. You'll work directly with clients, deliver actionable insights, and collaborate with internal teams to drive measurable results.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Meta ad strategies for multiple brands.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and effectively manage monthly budgets.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and present key findings to clients.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with Meta's latest ad features, trends, and policies.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and performance delivery.
Requirements

We're looking for individuals with:

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (agency experience preferred).
  • A proven track record of scaling brand campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and client communication skills.
