Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for paid advertising and affiliate marketing to help us expand our client campaigns and maximize ROI.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media buying, PPC campaigns, and affiliate marketing. They will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Additionally, they will develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive sales and lead generation.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates/partners. You will also be responsible for optimizing campaigns for CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions. Furthermore, you will conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages, as well as monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

  • Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Develop and manage Affiliate Marketing programs
  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates/partners
  • Optimize campaigns for CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Media Buying/PPC Campaigns
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager & Meta Ads Manager
  • Good understanding of Affiliate Marketing networks, tracking platforms, and payout models (CPA, CPL, CPS, CPM)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel tracking, and Conversion Optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting
