Junior Campaign Manager Position

A rapidly growing performance marketing agency seeks a Junior Campaign Manager to drive growth through data-driven and innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns. They should have at least six months of hands-on experience in PPC (Amazon, Facebook, Google, etc.) along with at least six months of experience working at a digital advertising agency or in a similar environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate with our creative team to develop effective ad content, monitor and track campaign performance, gather data, and provide reports to management. They will work on bid management and budget allocation to maximize return on ad spend, conduct market research to identify new advertising opportunities, and stay abreast of industry trends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the creation and management of Amazon advertising campaigns under the guidance of the Senior Campaign Manager
  • Collaborating with the creative team to develop effective ad content
  • Monitoring and tracking campaign performance, gathering data, and providing reports to management
  • Working on bid management and budget allocation to maximize return on ad spend
  • Conducting market research to identify new advertising opportunities and staying abreast of industry trends

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A strong desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of Amazon Marketplace or E-commerce
