Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist

As a key team member, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.

  • Plan, set up, and manage digital ad campaigns to deliver high ROI and meet client objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign decisions.
  • Optimize campaigns daily for return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per lead (CPL), and revenue growth through data-driven insights.
  • Develop and test ad creatives, extensions, and assets for improved click-through rates (CTR) & conversions.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure profitability and make data-driven decisions.
  • Create detailed reports & insights for clients, highlighting successes, learnings, and action plans.
  • Stay updated with the latest platform features and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years proven experience in managing digital ad campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of search, display, shopping, and video campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of scaling e-commerce / high-ticket campaigns.
