Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager
About the Role:
The Assistant Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and excellence at The White Teak Company. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this individual will be responsible for supporting the overall sales strategy, ensuring seamless store operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective merchandising and marketing strategies to maximize sales.
- Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate financial records and provide regular sales reports to the Store Manager.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth supply chain processes and meet customer demands.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a related industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
