Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and developing existing ones in the Data Centers, Office Spaces, Malls, and Large Commercial Establishments segments.


Main Responsibilities:


The Sales Manager will be responsible for:



  • Generating new business opportunities with allotted market segments.
  • Acquiring new and developing existing customers in Data Centers, Office Spaces, Malls, and Large Commercial Establishments.
  • Providing monthly order forecasts with clear accountability on achieving it.
  • Drive value selling and value communication actions at key accounts.
  • Establish and maintain broad network and key relationships with customers, associates, influencers, and other industry contacts.
  • Understanding customer requirements and offering correct product/technology solutions.
  • Ensuring timely submission of technical and commercial offers.
  • Regular follow-up with customers to conclude the order.
  • Conducting seminars/training programs to educate customers along with demonstration of products.
  • Coordination/Teamwork with Principles, supply chain & Service teams to ensure fulfilment of order to customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring and analysing competition activities in the sales territory.

Requirements:


The ideal candidate should possess:




  • Bachelors or diploma in mechanical engineering.
  • Prior experience of at least 3-5 years in HVAC Sales.
  • Candidates with prior experience in selling Air Filters or worked previously in the filtration segment are preferable.
  • The candidate should understand the working of HVAC, AHUs and should have worked in Sales related to the same.
  • The candidate should have prior experience of generating leads, winning accounts, and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Open to learning & exploring to keep abreast of sales trends, new technologies and activities in our industry.
  • The candidate should have some basic knowledge of filtration/ separation techniques.
  • The candidate should possess basic computer literacy should know basics of excel, PowerPoint & word.
  • Active listener and clear communicator.
