Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned HR and Office Administration professional to lead our recruitment and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and overseeing office operations to ensure efficiency.

Raj Seeds Traders is the largest producer of vegetable certified seeds in India, aiming to become the leading seed company in fodder & manure seed production in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the recruitment process, from manpower planning to onboarding
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and best practices
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and leave management systems
  • Driving employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for employee relations and grievances
  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including procurement and vendor management
  • Managing office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management
  • Processing payroll, including salary calculations and statutory compliances
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in HR and office administration
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and recruitment portals
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
