Overview
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for building, retaining, and growing IT services/staffing accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing. They should have a proven track record of revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management skills.
The successful candidate will also possess contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure, and working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles.
Key responsibilities will include owning key accounts, translating client goals to delivery plans, managing SOWs/MSAs, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections.
Additionally, the candidate will maintain a candidate network aligned to client demand, improve time-to-fill, and track account health, pipeline, and forecasts.
They will also bring a passion for driving revenue growth and ensuring on-time delivery with Sales and Recruitment.
