Attract and Retain Valued Customers

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage customer interactions, encourage subscription purchases, and resolve outstanding overages. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth through proactive engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to resolve outstanding overages or encourage subscription purchases post-trial expiration.
  • Process orders promptly after the customer reaches out and send purchase confirmation.
  • Maintain detailed records of follow-ups and interactions.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to inform process improvements.

This role requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel software, analytical skills, and proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and experience in Zendesk. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this position.
