Performance Optimization Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Performance Optimization Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing multi-channel performance marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across paid search, social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and programmatic platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to enhance campaign ROI.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketers, manage external agencies, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.
  • Design and execute A/B testing, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate experiments to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
  • Prepare actionable insights and reports for leadership, providing transparency into campaign performance and recommending strategic adjustments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
