About the Role

We are seeking a professional to manage bid/proposal documentation and ensure it is well-formatted and consistent with company branding.

  • Format and proofread bid documents
  • Provide administrative support to the bid team
  • Work with the team to write and produce draft documents and bid responses
  • Manage bid timetables and deadlines
  • Review bid documents and gather best practices
  • Coordinate with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience required
  • Exposure to preparing bids is an advantage
  • Excellent industry knowledge and communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities
