IT Governance Professional

The IT GRC Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization’s IT activities align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program to ensure IT processes meet defined policies and regulations.
  • Establish and manage an effective IT governance framework, encompassing both internal and external IT processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, preparing periodic reports and developing operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with the ERM team to ensure risk readiness across the entire IT landscape, providing advisory support to process owners and influencing governance and compliance decisions.
  • Responsible for creating, reviewing, and updating IT audit policies, procedures, and standards documents, coordinating and tracking all information technology-related audits.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in IT or security-related field from an accredited university.
  2. Possession of at least one security certification is highly desirable.
  3. Experience in the related industry with insight and understanding of IT policies, standards, and procedures.
  4. Thorough knowledge and understanding of IT Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity Frameworks.
  5. Ability to develop standards and guidelines based on best practices and industry standards.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including formal report writing experience.
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and issue resolution.
