Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to lead our team of professionals. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team members. They will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day planning, operation, and problem-solving of a team of 15-20 resources.
  • Developing the team to ensure delivery of consistently superior quality.
  • Independently handling the transitioning of new procedures.

You will also be responsible for driving the team to be client/customer-focused, owning training and development to team, taking ownership on delivering service level components, quality and targets, and driving and motivating the team to achieve management goals.

Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing various reports including process dashboards & team performance reports, motivating associates through effective management, career development, and implementation of reporting mechanism, timely submission of operations review, managing attendance and attendance incentive for the team, attaining SLA through effective management of the daily operations of the team, conducting audits & share feedback with team members, and will be responsible for managing the portfolio of clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills, MS Excel, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work in a 24*7 working environment.
