Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Operational Excellence Lead to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that deliver significant cost savings and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive operational metrics and reporting systems to monitor engineering KPIs such as revenue, launch timeliness, and sustainability metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive business outcomes.
  • Change Management: Lead day-to-day change management and track operational initiatives across IA teams, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to prioritize business needs and inform strategic decisions, driving business outcomes and growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related field.
  • Skill Set: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
