Certification Leadership Role

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Certification Manager to lead and manage our accreditation, compliance, and certification systems. This role requires a deep understanding of ISO accreditation frameworks and certification operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and continuously enhance accreditation, compliance, and certification systems aligned with ISO/IEC 17021, 27006, 42006, and related standards.
  • Oversee the full certification cycle from application review and audit coordination to certification decisions and issuance.
  • Review and maintain key documentation, including manuals, procedures, SOPs, and compliance records at planned frequency.
  • Act as the liaison and strategic point-of-contact with accreditation bodies, managing audits, scope changes, and alignment with updated accreditation requirements.
  • Support auditors and internal teams, promoting competence, impartiality, and operational excellence.
  • Support the accreditation expansion strategy and drive process improvements to elevate service quality.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of ISO accreditation frameworks and certification operations.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to spot improvement opportunities in systems and processes.
  • Documentation Mastery: Exceptional accuracy and rigor in managing compliance documentation.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
  • Drive for Excellence: Proactive mindset, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to integrity and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in management, technology, quality, or related field (B.Tech preferred).
  • Auditor qualification (Lead/Internal Auditor in ISO 21001, 9001, 27001, etc.) is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in accreditation, certification, or compliance roles within a Certification Body.
