Job Title: International Business Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and ambitious International Business Development professional to join our team at Mind Click. As an International Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building partnerships with clients and exhibitors from around the world.

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients and exhibitors.
  3. Utilize telephone solicitation, electronic correspondence, and face-to-face meetings to reach and exceed sponsorship targets.
  4. Keep precise records of conversations and updates with clients, sponsors, and exhibitors.
  5. Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements are reached.
  6. Assist in preparing promotional materials to advertise sales opportunities.
  7. Maintain knowledge of conference timelines and sponsorship deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 10th std or 12th completed.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Should be okay with rotational shifts.

Perks and Benefits:

  • Fresher's salary: ₹17,000 to ₹20,000 take-home.
  • Experienced salary: up to ₹24,000 to ₹26,000 take-home.
  • 5 days working, Sunday and Saturday fixed off.
