About the Role

ProTal HR is seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to join our client in Bangalore, India. As a key member of the finance team, you will oversee financial reporting, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to the organization's financial health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record-to-Report (R2R): Manage end-to-end financial reporting processes, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/Ind AS).
  • Reconciliation of accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances.
  • Statutory Compliance: Oversee compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Liaise with auditors, government authorities, and consultants during statutory audits and assessments.
  • Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and ensure organizational adherence.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process efficiencies in financial operations and reporting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., accounts, treasury, and operations) to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS) and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes is mandatory.
  • Proficient in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Estimated Salary

Rupees 25 lakhs - 35 lakhs per annum based on qualifications and experience.
