Financial Auditor Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Auditor Manager to join our team at Open Financial Technologies Private Limited. As a key member of our audit function, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all audit processes to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Management: Ensure timely and effective completion of audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop high-performing audit teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful audit execution.
- Audit Planning: Develop comprehensive audit plans to ensure thorough and efficient audits, ensuring that all relevant regulatory requirements are met.
- Financial Review: Conduct financial reviews and prepare accurate financial statements, including schedules to Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheets (BS).
- Investor Reporting: Handle all aspects of investor reporting, maintaining clear and accurate communication with stakeholders.
- Standards Implementation: Implement Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and ELC, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze accounting records, prepare financial statements, advise on systems for recording financial data, and evaluate statements prepared by others.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the audit and reporting functions.
Requirements:
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Experience: 7-8 years of professional experience in auditing and financial reporting.
- Audit Expertise: Proven experience in handling and managing all types of audits.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead audit teams and develop comprehensive audit plans.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of audit principles and procedures.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in reviewing financial records, preparing financial statements, and creating schedules for P&L and balance sheets.
- Investor Reporting: Competence in handling investor reporting.
- Accounting Standards: Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and ELC implementation.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing accounting records, preparing financial statements, advising on systems for recording financial data, and evaluating statements prepared by others.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in audit and accounting software, as well as advanced MS Excel skills.
