Identity Engineer Position:

This role involves administering and maintaining identity platforms, implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies, and monitoring and reporting on identity-related activities. The successful candidate will require strong technical skills, a focus on security and compliance, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Administer and maintain identity platforms including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Implement and manage RBAC policies across systems
  • Monitor and report on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies
  • Collaborate with security architects to design and improve identity infrastructure
  • Support audits and compliance efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning
  • Identify and remediate identity security risks and misconfigurations
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Understanding in identity reporting and analytics (e.g., access logs, entitlement reviews)
  • Understanding of identity architecture, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management
  • Understanding of managing RBAC models
  • Knowledge of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust
