Job Title: Identity Governance and Administration

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Analyst - IGA. This role will involve the onboarding of applications, interacting with application owners, understanding their systems, and explaining the integration process.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for onboarding applications, including coordinating, testing, and validating custom development required by the app team.
  • Work with internal engineers to get the integration built as per governance best practices and application requirements.
  • Coordinate and assist app teams in UAT, maintaining and reporting accurate statuses for all onboarded applications.
  • Work with multiple application teams simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • 7-9 years' experience as part of IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
  • Updated identity mapping and configured source and target applications for attributes.
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for LCM/JLM Provisioning.
  • Administrating, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based identity and access management solutions.
  • Experience with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) analysis and implementation.
  • Launching certification campaigns and following up on remediation processes.
  • Developing or working with forms, identity triggers, quick links, rules, email templates.
  • Creating custom reports for specific and general purposes.
  • Creating rules like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment.
  • Working on Life Cycle Management like Joiner Event, Leaver event, and Manager Transfer event.
  • Onboarding various applications into the IGA system, including JDBC, Delimited File, Logical, Active Directory, and LDAP applications.
  • Good work ethic.
  • Sailpoint IdentityNow certification.

Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Development involves building or implementing IGA solutions like SailPoint.

  • Access lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver processes)
  • Role-based access control (RBAC) & attribute-based access control (ABAC)
  • Policy, risk, and compliance alignment (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
  • Integration with HR, Active Directory, cloud apps, and custom systems
  • Custom development of connectors, workflows, and provisioning scripts
