Job Description

As a key member of our Identity and Access Management team, you will play a vital role in stabilizing and enhancing the existing SailPoint IdentityIQ environment. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the environment supports secure, accurate, and efficient identity lifecycle management.

To achieve this goal, you will work closely with the CI Project team and other technical resources to test and translate business/technical requirements for changes and deployments. You will also be responsible for promoting and enforcing Logical Access Security Standards in accordance with established procedures.

Additionally, you will design and execute test cases for SIT and UAT, ensuring that products and services meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and user expectations. You will liaise with different areas of the project team, provide updates at daily stand-ups and functional calls, record accurate test results in JIRA, and capture evidence.

Ultimately, your contributions will help improve data quality, reduce operational risks, and lay the foundation for automation and future scalability across our identity infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in using Identity and Access Management suite or other access provisioning tools
  • Familiarity with computing platforms, operating systems, and databases, including Windows, UNIX, Azure, CyberArk, Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL), Mainframe, Lotus Notes, SAP, and Active Directory user access administration protocols
  • Knowledge of Java programming and SQL
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment by prioritizing tasks and escalating/communicating issues as required
  • Ability to seek assistance to overcome obstacles
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
