Job Description

As an Identity Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing identity lifecycle management processes using industry-leading solutions. You will collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and develop custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of identity and access management principles, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell. Experience in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is also highly desirable. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, and Saviynt certification(s) are preferred.
