Executive Leadership Role: Demand Generation Director

The ideal candidate for this demanding executive position will have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective demand generation strategies.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation plans that build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate pipeline across key markets.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, SDRs, and Partner Marketing to align on go-to-market objectives, campaign messaging, target account selection, and funnel acceleration tactics.
  • Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns through A/B testing, attribution modeling, lead velocity analysis, and other performance metrics to optimize programs in real-time.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Visionary
  • Design and execute personalized 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts in collaboration with Sales, Solution Engineering, and Practice teams.
  • Utilize ABM platforms to orchestrate and optimize campaigns, integrating them with events, webinars, and executive programs to enhance engagement.
Measurement, Analytics & Optimization Expertise
  • Define and own key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand generation and ABM, including MQLs and SQLs by channel and segment, marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, account engagement metrics, lead-to-opportunity conversion rate, and campaign-level ROI and customer acquisition cost.
  • Apply data-driven insights to scale high-performing programs and pivot away from underperforming tactics.
