About the Role

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving demand and building a qualified pipeline for Microsoft services portfolio (Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related solutions).

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B lead generation/inside sales, preferably in Microsoft services or IT solutions, with a strong understanding of the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.

You will develop and execute lead generation strategies to target enterprise, mid-market, and SMB clients, managing multi-channel campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Microsoft product updates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive demand and build a qualified pipeline for Microsoft services portfolio
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to target enterprise, mid-market, and SMB clients
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B lead generation/inside sales, preferably in Microsoft services or IT solutions
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud ecosystem (Azure, M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with email automation, Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and lead intelligence tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and supporting sales closure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
