We are looking for a highly skilled Process Manager to lead our process engineering initiatives across manufacturing plants.

This is a key role in driving operational efficiency and safety through the design and optimization of process systems, seamless execution of new plant setups, and measurable improvements in safety compliance and environmental impact.

As a Process Manager, you will be responsible for leading proactive leadership in conducting risk assessments, implementing Management of Change (MOC), and driving sustainability projects such as water and heat recovery.

Key outcomes include enhanced process safety compliance, reduced environmental impact, improved plant performance, and strategic alignment with business goals through data-driven insights, MIS reporting, and management presentations.

This is a diversity-focused role and can be based at any of our plant locations. The successful candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in process design and execution.

For this role, we are seeking an individual with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical); B.Tech/BE from IIT preferred.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in process engineering design, process Optimization & Process Safety, and sustainability roles in manufacturing is required.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in process design, Process Engineering, Process safety assessments, and sustainability integration. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MIS reporting tools is also necessary. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
