
Tech Staffing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
This is a critical role in growing our local and national accounts while representing our commitment to excellence in technology staffing solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client relationships in the Technology and IT sector.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach.
- Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT candidates to clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management.
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate and work closely with delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies, Network Technologies, and roles that support these disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM/ATS and VMS platforms.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
