Job Role: Regulatory Compliance Expertise

As a Regulatory Compliance Expertise professional, you will ensure adherence to taxation regulations, focusing on Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and Income Tax Return (ITR) compliance.

Responsibilities include GST compliance oversight, staying updated on changes, conducting periodic reviews, and providing guidance and training to internal teams. You will also manage TDS compliance processes, monitor TDS rates, deductions, and exemptions, and prepare and submit TDS-related reports. Additionally, you will ensure timely and accurate filing of ITRs, verify financial data, and collaborate with tax consultants or legal advisors.

Required qualifications include CA Inter or B.com/M.com with CA Firm Experience, knowledge of relevant tax laws, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
