Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our clients' network environments.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert-level technical support for our clients, addressing complex network issues, including network configurations, performance optimization, and troubleshooting connectivity problems.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve advanced network-related issues.
  • Take ownership of escalated network issues from lower-level analysts and provide in-depth analysis and resolution, applying your advanced technical expertise to efficiently resolve complex network problems.

As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including network upgrades, configurations, and performance enhancements. You will also collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery and minimal disruption to clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and maintain network environments for our clients.
  2. Provide expert-level technical support for clients, addressing complex network issues.
  3. Collaborate with team members to resolve advanced network-related issues.
  4. Take ownership of escalated network issues and provide in-depth analysis and resolution.
  5. Work on network projects, including upgrades, configurations, and performance enhancements.
  6. Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience providing end-user and infrastructure technical support.
  • A degree in IT or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network systems with experience in Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, and SonicWall technologies.
  • Knowledgeable in advanced network concepts, server operating systems, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Relevant IT certifications demonstrating advanced technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and leadership capabilities.
