Role Description:

This is a full-time position under the Technical Advisory Asset Advisory Services Sector, requiring a subject-matter expert in Forensic Delay Analysis and Schedule review. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and possess effective project management skills and good communication and collaboration between Arcadis colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Translate project objectives into plans, costs, and schedules, managing finances across the project life cycle to meet profit and budgetary targets.
  2. Identify opportunities to improve existing Arcadis service lines and sector-specific offerings, continuously improving business performance.
  3. Propose and develop new Arcadis propositions to meet client needs or open new service and sector-specific opportunities.
  4. Contribute to shaping project bids that can be delivered profitably and respond to identified client issues.
  5. Identify sell-on opportunities and communicate these to senior colleagues, generating additional revenues and enhancing client satisfaction.
  6. Contribute to improving existing Arcadis service lines and sector-specific offerings, continuously improving business performance.
  7. Contribute to developing new Arcadis propositions that meet client needs or open up new service and sector-specific opportunities.
  8. Develop knowledge and understanding of Arcadis service lines and client businesses to enable personal performance improvement and career development.
  9. Analyze and compile complex data and documents, using knowledge and analysis conducted by others to review and assess analysis and provide advice and recommendations to contribute to project decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  2. 10 or more years' experience in claims and commercial management.
  3. Expert knowledge of P6 Software.
  4. Power BI experience or advanced Excel is an advantage.
  5. Relevant professional development and/or certifications, i.e., PE, CCM or similar.
  6. Involved in community of practice and/or industry organizations.
  7. May be working toward Arcadis CPM certification.
  8. Experience in similar working environments, including delivering medium/large projects across an entire project life cycle.
  9. Experience building and managing client relationships at senior-management level, including the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
  10. Experience leading and implementing complex business change solutions.
  11. Experience managing business relationships at senior-management level.
  12. Relevant field experience in Project Controls.
  13. Amenable to work in flexible work schedules (night shift).
