Insurance Claims Specialist

As a top MNC, we are seeking a skilled Insurance Claims-Voice Support professional to join our team. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support, this role is ideal for individuals with experience in the insurance industry, particularly in property and casualty claims, as well as international voice customer service.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented individual who can provide expert support to clients regarding insurance claims, utilizing their analytical skills to resolve complex issues efficiently. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have experience working in shrinkage management, client management, attrition management, stakeholder management, and inbound and outbound calls handling.

This position requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Responsibilities:
- Providing expert support to clients regarding insurance claims
- Analyzing complex claims data to determine the best course of action
- Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications)
- 3-8 years of experience in insurance claims, customer service, or a related field
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and resolving complex issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in shrinkage management, client management, attrition management, stakeholder management, and inbound and outbound calls handling
