**Job Title:** Servicenow Developer

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a skilled Servicenow Developer to manage and maintain our Configuration Item (CI) classes, ensuring data quality and integrity within the CMDB.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with CI record management, query builder, and automated data sources.
  • They must be able to resolve Discovery errors in computing, networks, applications, databases, and cloud resources.
  • Additionally, this role may involve service or product ownership responsibilities.
  • Requirements:
  • ITIL role is required in ServiceNow, including CMDB Query Builder role.
  • Additional roles such as Asset may be required for viewing CMDB Data Foundations and CMDB Health dashboard.
  • Working Relationships:
  • This role will work closely with other process leads to ensure efficient and consistently followed processes.
  • It requires strong communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Essential Skills:
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of CI classes and automated data sources.
  • Ability to manage and update CI records.
  • Proficiency in resolving Discovery errors.
