**Job Description** What you get to do in this role**:

- _ Dynamics 365 instance Management_ - New instance provisioning, Cloning and Upgrades to Production and Sandbox environments. Database capacity planning. Allocating Environments and Code Repos to Projects.
- _ User and security management _- License Management; Security group and Security Role assignments.
- _ Release management_ - Setup and maintain CI/CD for Dynamics 365. Work on Azure DevOps to achieve 100% deployment automation. Maintain Release Calendar for Dynamics 365.
- _ Dynamics 365 System Monitoring_ - Monitor Application health, performance and availability using Azure App insights and Admin Portals.
- Closely work with Microsoft Support & Product team to resolve the issues on timely manner.
- Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates, features, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with IT team members and external consultants on system upgrades and projects.

**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:

- Dynamics 365 Application Lifecycle management
- Power Platform Environment Administration.
- Azure DevOps - Releases and Pipelines
- Technical experience in D365 Systems Administration and Configuration.
- Ability to logically troubleshoot technical problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great Communication & Coordination skill
