**Job Su**m**mary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service modules.
- Integrate AI capabilities using Microsoft Azure AI services, Copilot, Power Platform AI Builder, and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Define and enforce best practices for Dynamics 365 customization, data modeling, and integration.
- Guide development teams on technical design, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Stay current with Microsofts roadmap and emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Data verse.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, APIs, and custom development using C#,.NET, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
- Experience with machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365.
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or financial services is a plus.
