Manager-HR Business Process

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Manager-HR Business Process. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who aspire to drive strategic HR initiatives and contribute to our company's success.

This position demands a deep understanding of aligning HR practices with business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to effectively manage employee concerns.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, preferably with expertise in performance management, HR analytics, employee engagement, and reward programs.
  • MBA/PGDM specializing in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving key initiatives, managing performance cycles, and developing effective strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, leveraging your problem-solving skills and expertise to drive business outcomes.
