Strategic Marketing Director Job

The primary goal of this role is to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue maximization. As the Strategic Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in crafting innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives that capture market share and enhance customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Leadership: Define and evolve brand identities, voices, and positioning for various entertainment parks and sub-brands, fostering lasting brand equity through compelling narratives.
  • Digital & Performance Marketing: Leverage ROI-driven digital initiatives across SEO, SEM, paid media, influencer marketing, and social media to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Consumer Insights & Strategy: Harness market research, analytics, and consumer behavior insights to shape product-market fit, enhance customer experience, and guide brand strategy.
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Conceptualize and execute high-impact 360° marketing campaigns across print, outdoor, digital, and on-ground platforms in collaboration with creative and media partners.
  • Growth & Revenue Optimization: Collaborate closely with sales and park operations teams to drive visitor footfalls, ticketing growth, promotional offers, and revenue-maximizing initiatives.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, CRM, content, and design, fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and results.

Requirements:
  • MBA in Marketing or related field from a reputable institution.
  • 12+ years of marketing leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior strategic role.
  • Proven track record in building brands and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and execution excellence.
