Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Sales Support Analyst to join our team at Arm Limited. As a key member of our support team, you will provide high-quality support to our end-users, focusing on specialist end-user support and resolution of issues with SAP S/4 HANA Sales, Sourcing & Procurement, and Logistics General & Execution solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and relevant business processes, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and maintain services, ensuring seamless integration with our global organization.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Providing L2 and L3 support to our end-users.
- Track record of operational support, Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management aligned with ITIL.
- At least one S/4 HANA Implementation as a Sales consultant and a good understanding of integration with other SAP modules.
- Good experience in Order & Distribution to Cash (OTC) processes and relatively strong knowledge in order management, delivery, pricing/discount, master data management, variant configuration, billing, and awareness of the new functionalities of S4.
- Understanding and working knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing and Procurement.
- Understanding of SAP Entitlements and their importance in the overall sales lifecycle.
- Experience on Integration between S/4HANA and SAP / Non-SAP systems using Middleware.
"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience:
- Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Knowledge on Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other web-based technologies.
- Experienced with development practices such as Waterfall, Agile.
- Knowledge on SAP Entitlement Management System (EMS).
- Knowledge on SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), SAP Global Trade system (GTS), and Ariba.
