Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Excellence:

  • Efficiently manage existing processes and set up new ones, leveraging google sheets and excel expertise.
  • Forecast monthly supply onboardings based on historical data and seasonal trends, ensuring optimal manpower requirements.
  • Strategically assign leads to guarantee quick onboarding and effective follow-up on potential partners.
  • Leverage all incoming leads to drive conversions.

Platform Experience:

  • Cultivate regular surveys and VOPs to uncover qualitative insights about user and partner pain points during onboarding and activation.
  • Identify common issues raised by new partners and streamline solutions for seamless onboarding.
  • Develop tailored communication plans and execute them using various channels.

Team Management:

  • Lead a team of 30+ call center agents across multiple processes.
  • Uncover gaps in existing processes and explore innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and output.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance management support to team leads.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to address partner pain points and develop streamlined solutions.
