About this role

As a strategic leader, you will play a key part in shaping the supply chain strategy for a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand. Your expertise will be instrumental in building a scalable, agile, and reliable supply backbone that enables rapid collection launches and national-scale growth with uncompromised quality.

  • Develop a strong ecosystem of processors and manufacturers across various hubs to ensure seamless production and distribution.
  • Partner with design and merchandising teams to forecast demand and align supply with launches, optimizing working capital in the process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supply Chain Strategy: Develop a forward-thinking approach to supply chain management, focusing on scalability, agility, and reliability.
  • Vendor and Production Leadership: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure high-quality products and efficient production processes.
  • Demand and Inventory Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement systems and processes to optimize sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics, prioritizing quality, speed, and cost efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10-15 years of experience in operations and business roles in high-growth environments.
  • A strong educational background from top-tier institutions (e.g., IIT, IIM, MBB).
  • Leadership and organizational skills to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and partnership-building abilities.
