Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced designer to lead the creation of engaging fan experiences. This role requires both hands-on and strategic skills, with a focus on designing impactful features and guiding our visual approach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new platforms.
  • Define the visual direction for our products, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Design and deliver polished user interfaces that balance beauty and usability.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.
  • Take initiative in setting high design standards and fostering good design practices.
  • Use user insights, testing, and data to validate and refine design concepts.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years in digital product design, ideally in media or sports platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Mastery of Figma and strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders.

What You Will Achieve:

  • Redesign personalized homefeed and article reading experience.
  • Launch community-first features like polls, reactions, loyalty rewards, or gamification elements.
  • Shape the visual identity of newsletters and editorial storytelling assets.
  • Build internal tools for editorial and community managers.
  • Evolving and maintaining a lean design system.
